Haven Capital Partners Closes Oversubscribed Inaugural Fund at $375 Million

Haven Capital Partners (“Haven” or the “Firm”), a private investment firm focused on providing flexible capital solutions to growth-oriented, lower middle market businesses, today announced the final closing of its inaugural fund, Haven Capital Partners I (“Haven I" or the “Fund”). Haven I closed with $375 million in capital commitments, surpassing its initial target of $300 million.
